By looking, the main (long-haired) characters are pretty similar and also both stories have "crime" part (a little bit, but have). I enjoyed both of them, so I'm recommending :) 

In both, the characters are involved in the entertainment industry and both are BL stories with good plots 

Not only it is by the same mangaka (Minase Masara), but in my opinion also has a similar plot. Gokujou no Koibito revolves around modelling business; a 16 year old highschooler decided to be a model on a whim, yet little did he know...falling in love with his own manager and taking the modelling business seriously. He will not give up his love to his rival... 

Has the same great art. In both mangas both guys are cool, not struggling with their homosexuality and sometimes suprise with their not cliche actions or sayings. Finally, both gives a great pleasure while reading them. Try it!  

If You enjoy a good art, this story won't let You down. There is also the similarity that in both mangas guys have some deals with their former lovers. 

They might not seem similar, but they really are... You see a character having to chose between two people, and it hurts to watch it because you like them both and do not want them to chose one, but yet its so addicting that you have to continue on... >.>
