This manga is action and yaoi. The action is filled with lots of blood, swords and fighting, while the pairing is between a gang leader and a innocent young priest.

[ Story 7/10 ]
A ex gang leader, found half dead, was nursed back to health by a young priest. The leader's past finely catches up to him and the priest gets caught in the cross-fire. The story is based around the leader protecting the priest and finding his old gang members along the way, killing and fighting as they go. Also, while on their killing rampage, a love blossoms between the two. Well, read more

OMG. I've read A TON of yaoi manga and this is my favorite in action yaoi. I loved EVERYTHING about Madness. The plot, the characters, the art, everything. The main character is probably not unique, depending on how you look at it, but he has one of the strongest bonds formed with his seme that I've EVER seen. It's a bit more towards the R-rated genre not only because of the yaoi part, but because of the blood and immoral lessons found in it. Plus the comedy in it balances the seriousness found all-throughout the manga, so the comedy part isn't just another gag. You'll read more
