Both are school based yaoi manga. Both have a popular guy who starts to date an unpopular guy. Both ukes are short and misunderstood because of their looks.

Manga: Shishi mo Kobamazu
A delinquent with a soft and pure heart, but a rough exterior, finds an unlikely partner in the blond and beautiful popular guy of his class. You'd expect blondie to be an asshole, but nope. The dude genuinely likes his uke and goes out of his way to accommodate his unusual nature.

Manga: Out of Control
The manga Kijima-kun and the manhwa Out of Control have similar school settings, and also feature a couple that included a popular seme trying to court a less popular uke. Another aspect that is similar, in my opinion, are the ukes personalities and facial awareness that leads them to have a lower self esteem than their significant other.

Manga: Aitsu no Daihonmei
A similar dynamic of a popular guy falls for an unpopular " ugly" character that the popular guy thinks is cute. Aitsu no Daihonmei is definitely meaner and more sadistic. Both mangas have the pair get together relatively early on and explore the relationship. The unpopular characters for both have some similar features but in Aitsu no Daihonmei the unpopular character is more hated while in Aitsu no Daihonmei he is more feared.
