Synopsis

When Yuna Lee's mother moves to Germany to pursue a music degree, she's left to stay with her father, a university professor, and her three older brothers, who are fiercely overprotective of her.

During her summer vacation, she visits her mother in Germany, where she falls off a cliff and is rescued by Rieno, an 18-year-old knight living in the land of Phantasma. Rieno makes a deal with Yuna that because he has saved her life, she must marry him and become his queen. Indebted to him for saving her life, Yuna is torn between her normal world back home and life as Phantasma's Queen.

Sorry for the short review but if I make it long I might write some spoilers.

Just done reading "The Queen's Knight" and it makes my heart ache. It makes me rethink again if there were really a happy ending. What a bitter sweet love story.

For me Reino is not considerate enough of what Yuna feels in the ending part because he decided their fate by himself not thinking of Yuna's decision which I think Yuna's decision is better than longing for your love ones until the day you die.

It's a good manga. What I can say is it's worth reading and taking up your time. read more

::STORY::
I enjoyed the story, and it only had a few predictable outcomes. Learning about the character's backgrounds were interesting, especially of resident bad boy, Rieno. The story moved slowly, but never enough to bore you. Kisses and love confessions took quite a few chapters to appear once Yuna reached Phantasma. Although, the romance was a central part of the story (because magical curses and all that other good stuff) the huge focus on political power and Yuna becoming independent was essential.

The author balanced the right amount of humor in the dark arcs well, and I liked the hair growth because of love gimmick read more
