Manga: Love So Life
They both mainly focus on the importance of family and single parents/guardians taking care of small children. They both also include slow burn romance (Love so life being on the "god so slow!" side of the spectrum), if you're into that.

Manga: Ao Haru Ride
The feeling and characters are veryyy similar, plot - not so much. In terms of themes in both mangas is present the theme of the girl saving the boy from his past demons, and being in terms saved by him. The romance is also similar - how it progresses and the chemistry.

Manga: Asper Kanojo
Both Asper Kanojo and Bambi To Dhole deal with topics of loss, tragedy and depression. The ML and FL in both stories go through hard ships together to understand each other. The characters act very maturely and there's more communication happening then misunderstandings. In the end both are romance manga that are quite wholesome at times.

Manga: Bitter Virgin
Both stories feature teenagers struggling with their past and dealing with issues no kid should ever have to deal with. There's likeable characters, hope for better and some nice romance found in them.

Manga: Tsubaki-chou Lonely Planet
Both main characters have a strong sense of responsibility, whether it's the cause of her family or friends. But then the male character appeared and made the girl rely on them more, and you know. Romance happens.

Manga: Taiyou no Ie
The focus on family and one's place in the world is really strong in both these manga. They each have a different representation of family, but they're really similar in essence. Bambi to Dhole has a single father taking care of his child and Taiyou no Ie has an older brother, that is more like a father, looking after his younger siblings.

Manga: Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou
A girl who seems perfect actually has a bad personality meets a guy who quickly finds this out (and has his own secrets). It might seem comedic at first but both series really hit home on a deeply emotional level. Both are really enjoyable and worth the read.

Manga: My Girl
Both centres around family matters and the possibility of falling in love again. Both the guys have their own children. Although they don't tackle the same problem the essense of the story is the same.
