Mixed Feelings

If you're looking for anything deep, this would not be it. Shoujo Satellite is very much "moeblob" in the purest sense, with very little world-building. The premise is that these girls are the incarnations of constellations and stars sent to watch over Earth, merely imitating human form but...there's very little that makes any character stand out as anything more than a cute anime girl in either design or personality. Nothing about their designs screams "stars," instead looking mostly like regular school girls, and having very little personality that seems to indicate them as being nonhuman.
