Both mangas are based in an academy for magic/mana users. Both MC's are skilled swordsman who acquire a harem.

Manga: Kenshin no Succeed
Both about the MC going to a school, both MC are skilled at martial arts or swordsman ship. In Gakuen Toshi they have abilities whereas Kenshin no Succeed there is another race born from another planet with skills and love for swordsman ship since birth.

Manga: Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry
Well, both are base off a LN. The MCs are more or less likable. They both involve magic, swords and magic schools + a ranking system. The heroine are both princesses with fire-based abilities. They have a school competition/festival. Oh yeah, both MC duels the heroine in the beginning. If you find one good you'll probably find the other one enjoyable too.
