Personally I liked the anime more than the manga, it's cute but nothing more, the drawings are very simple and linear for a children's manga, in the history of the manga I didn't like the choice to change the character that the witches have to look after, the thing that seems to me done well are the captions that explain the main characters and objects that appeared in the anime.
In conclusion, the manga is a way of reviewing the history of Doremi and co. But otherwise I recommend the anime that arouses more maturity.
