Synopsis

Kirika Hijiribashi is the Executive Committee Treasurer managing a high school Student Council budget of 800 million yen. She is also the only committee member with an additional title: Student Council Detective able to sniff out amazing solutions to bizarre cases. Hikage Makimura, who recently transferred into the high school, finds himself not only tricked into joining the Student Council, but is now assigned as her assistant.

Pretty average manga all around. The mysteries are weak and the characters are generally bland. There are brief hints of what could be interesting character arcs but are either resolved in the blink of an eye or are never elaborated on.

Lots of pointless half-hearted fan service wasting pages.

The art is competent but compositions are often confusing at leading the eye from panel to panel.

This only adapts the first 3 (maybe part of 4?) light novels so it also has an extremely unsatisfying non-ending in which nothing is resolved.

Overall, everything here is done better elsewhere, but if you just want more of the same tropes ...
