FlameKissedHeart has already pretty much nailed this with the first recommendation, but just to add weight to what she said: TOSotM is like a shorter version of Mars. The art is very similar - the male leads in particular bearing a close resemblance - and the story of troubled individuals discovering a love of life after falling in love with each other is, obviously, also reminiscent of Mars. if you liked The Other Side of the Mirror, you will love Angel Sanctuary. TOSOTM is a lot like Kaori Yuki's work. AS and TOSOTM share the dramatic story of pure love between a cheerful girl with dark past and her equally trouled, moody lover. Chen Jo and Kaori Yuki have really similar drawing style. The main difference is that Angel Sanctuary has a supernatural plot, while The Other Side of the Mirror is realistic. They're both dark and romantic! Another difference is lenght - AS has 20 volumes, while TOSOTM has only 2.

Though these mangas look like they have nothing in common i think they do have similar genres involving the main characters growth and finding their own paths and both artworks are unique in their own rite. I loved reading Paradise kiss because it isnt a typical shoujo manga and really pulls you in with the character development and that the same with the other side of the mirror.
