Alright, I know this is a hentai manga and I don't typically review and/or read hentai manga, but this was an exception because Yuuki Homura is an exceptional story writer and artist, and I heard about this work, and decided to take the time to read it.
The Story~
Ok, the plot is rather straightforward and simple. Its easy to understand (as all hentai mangas should be) and although bizarre at times, the plot is written in a way that it is easy to understand and sympathize with the characters.
I did struggle as at some points, I felt that the story lacked some points of data (in
...
my head I think of a line graph that has been broken into two different lines)
But other than that, the story had direction (although the archetype seemed to come right out of Korean dramas).
The Art~
The art was good, Yuuki Homura always does a great job on the art.
The Characters~
Yui was really a well developed, true character. She sticks through and thin with the Prince, and even though the two go through plenty of trials throughout their relationship, she really sticks with him after discovering that the hardships had all been misunderstandings.
The Prince had better character development--he didn't change right off the bat, but grew to love Yui and began to understand her more and more. Eventually he does things for her sake, and for a reason.
The other characters, on the other hand, really weren't as memorable and one could easily forgot about them. But during the time I was reading this, I must say, I couldn't stop thinking about the romance between Yui and the Prince...
Overall, this is an excellent work by Yuuki Homura. Greatly recommend it.
5 stars for the well written, hentai manga, Pipiruma!
