Same vibes come from both of these stories... both lovely (and shorter) mangas about developing love without rushing too much of the relationships. Personally, I like Shuukatsu!! better though because it's longer and you get to like the characters more (:

Both manga feature a college student who is helped out by her neighbour and slowly falls in love. They are both heartwarming manga that not only develops the romance but also relationships between friends and parents.

If you love one you will definitely love the other. Both mangas have a cute girl who looks more like an elementary school girl due to their small stature and baby faces. They fall in love with guys who are very strict and mostly scowling. SKS is about a girl who works out a bakery and there is a huge love triangle between the two hot bishies she works with, and Help! is about a girl who wants to become a doctor and falls in love with her teacher. Both mangas have a very innocent vibe to them and are very very enjoyable. They will leave  read more

Both stories involve love between teacher and student. They are also shorter stories and don't run on and on; which can sometimes wreck the whole thing. Very cute, pretty artwork and adorable characters. Is it any surprise that they are both the work of Fujiwara Kiyo? X3

The stories are very different, but the feel of them is similar, both have very cute romance, interesting characters and there are doctors in both : )

When I read Help! the first thing that came into my mind was that the main girl was so similar to Tohru: cute, very nice with everyone, naive and with a stubborn guy by their side :D .
