If you like traps and stories who are quick to read, those two manga are for you. The characters are very similar, as they are all traps. The two stories are about a trap couple composed of two male high school students dressed as girls. For both couples, it is first one of them who already liked wearing dresses that pushes the other to do like him. The "maid" aspect is also quite present, since in Tutor Maid, the main character is asked to become a maid, and that in Otoko no Ko Days the protagonist discovers that his best friend is a trap after seeing him in a maid outfit. read more 

The plot is similar: the protagonist is a young boy forced to crossdress. Another character forces him to become a maid and he has to take care of a stranger.    The person for whom the main character works is also similar: it's is a person who, at the beginning, didn't want a maid, but who was obliged to have one by someone from their family.
