Manga: Radical Blood Monster
Both are BL/Shounen Ai/Yaoi and both protagonists are being protected from vampires who want their blood, by vampires who they then fall in love with. They are both very good. >.<

Manga: Under (xGround) Grand Hotel
Now, while their set ups are entirely different (with UGH being more "dark"), the relationship between the two guys is the same - a powerful, dark haired guy offers his protection (in exchange for companionship) to the 'weaker' guy in order to keep the other guys, who want to prey on him, away.

Manga: Monokuro Shounen Shoujo
The genres are a little different from each others, one is a shoujo manga and the other a yaoi manga. Still both mangas is about a human entering a prestigious school for vampires/beasts. The human has to teach the students to blend in with the human society along with avoiding being eaten by the vampires/beasts. Some romance is also present.

Manga: Ze
The plots are complete different - besides sharing genres. ZE is longer and more in-depth about love, relationships, hardships, family issues and jealously. Where KP is lighter and more of a quick-fix vampire themed yaoi. Both have very similar art though. I would recommend ZE over KP personally.
