Similar art style and feel. Both have gorgeous bishies and feel moments.

Manga: Bloody Cross
In both series, there are shounen battles involving vampires in the human world. The main male protagonist has a female companion where they share an unusual relationship. In fact though, the main female protagonist from both series holds many secrets that are revealed as each chapter goes on. There is conflict between some of the characters especially in relation to the past but otherwise, both manga have a similar feeling and artwork style.

Manga: Owari no Seraph
Vampire shounen mangas focused on revenge. The entire family of the main character was annihilated by a vampire/group of vampires... except one of them that reapears as an enemy. Very dramatic but still with some light elements that soften the story.

Man and girl killing vampires, two men and girl killing zombies. One of the them is actually a vampire, two of them are actually zombies. Similar atmosphere, similar feelings, similar artwork, some shoujo-ish moments.
