Since there was no review here, I am gonna write one and it shall include my feelings for Gokusen as well.
GOKUSEN:-

Story :
Gokusen is a unique kind of story, which can be called a bit similar to GTO but not so much. The story itself doesn't have big twists but still, it is good enough that you won't be bored while reading the manga as the arcs are fun and well written. From start to end I was satisfied with the story and the ending is also satisfactory.

Characters:
The characters of Gokusen are all very good and likable. The MC, Yamaguchi, is a character that is definitely ... not disliked by anyone who reads the manga. She is a fresh approach to a character that makes her more loveable. The manga consists of all kinds of characters unusually strong/smart/stupid etc. which makes the read all the more enjoyable.
One of the character's feelings was not revealed till the end which was a bit infuriating but all in all, I loved all of them.

Art:
The art is very rough which will definitely upset you if art plays an important role in your judgment of any manga. I would still suggest giving the manga a chance as the poor art is overshadowed by the nice story and I think that this art also has a charm of its own.
