Both mangas features protaganists that are children. In both Eden No Ori and EX - Shounen Hyouryuu the protoganists strive for survival. The mangas also give off the same feeling of hopelessness and is similar when it comes to showing human psychology. People die in both of these mangas. One major difference is that in Eden No Ori the protoganists gets stranded in a prehistoric enviroment, while this is not the case in Ex - Shounen Hyouryuu. Although do not fret, they are both quite similar and if you like either one of these mangas i strongly recommend you giving the other manga a shot.

There both about the end of the world and a group of kids trying to survive in the world. There both awesome mangas too.

Both share a common theme of being forcefully stranded on a deserted island. As they are separated from civilization, they struggle against the forces of nature as well as the faults of humanity. They both soon understand that the most dangerous animals are humans themselves. Both portray a dark tone and give off the same feeling of hopelessness. They explore the mentality of the human mind and how one copes in the face of a desperate situation. While some characters succumb to the pressure, others endure it and become stronger as a result.
