These manga revolve around the same forbidden relationship - that between a father and is son. While one manga is sci-fi and features actual father-son, the other is fantasy and feathers an adoptive child 

≠ is the extended version of chapters 2+3 from Sawaranaide.  

While Not Equal is a fatherxson pairin and Koi Kaze is brotherxsister, the feel of the manga is very similar. Both are beautifully sad with a lot of emphasis on society's inability to accept their relationship and indecision about whether to continue. 

Both manga deal with our MC's sudden and ofc, very shocking ability to time travel (which is very conveniently never elaborated on). The MC ends up falling for his relative, and both manga have no qualms exploring incestuous relationships in detail.  

The couples in these series are very similar, because both face the ethical problems resulting out of a questionable relationship. While ≠ deals with a time jump and the connection between father and son, Jazz mostly concentrates on a doctor-patient relationship. Furthermore, serious feelings and very developed characters are important aspects included in these works. 

Both are yaoi mangas about someone that time travels, unwillingly getting stuck in another era. And of course: in both of these mangas guys from totally different eras will fall in love. NE is about a guy that goes to the Showa era. KwW is about someone from the Taisho era stuck in the present. 

Basically i recommend the two because they are both incest yaoi's with good art. 'Not Equal' has more drama and is a little more taboo being father & son where 'OnKSD' is more fan service and a pairing between a uncle & nephew. 

In both there are very delicate themes like incestuous feelings and an impossible love. Both are great yaoi reads.
