Pregnant All The Time is a collaboration manga by Drain and Inoue Nanaki. I found this manga rather distasteful and unpleasant in most regards.
Unlike a lot of hentai manga, Pregnant All The Time actually has a fully recognizable story. It's just a shame that story sucks (no pun intended). This manga is comprised of two chapters, each by a differnt author. However, both chapters have similar plots. I won't spoil the story, but I will issue a warning to anyone eager to read it. This manga doesn't have any rape, but it does have NTR and ugly bastards.
...
The NTR is abhorrent as usual, but the ugly bastard stuff isn't horrible. I'm not saying it's good, I'm just saying I've seen worse. So if you can't bare this kind of stuff, steer clear at all costs! But if you're unsure if you can handle it, it's not the most extreme out there.
The art is more interesting. Since each chapter is by a different author the art styles are radically different. The first chapter has a more "cartoonish" art style, with lots of bright colors. The second chapter has a more detailed art style, with more muted colors. Speaking of colors, this manga is colored in, which is always a plus. I generally prefer the art if the first chapter, but not by much. The art is the only redeeming quality of this manga, but compared to most other manga out there it's not that impressive.
The characters are incredibly meh. They're very forgettable and I don't have a whole lot to say. The ugly bastards are scumy and disgusting as usual. The female leads are weak-willed and don't do much (they're not even very attractive). And the cucked men are pretty much a non-presence in the story.
Overall, I didn't enjoy this manga. I found it lacking in a lot of major areas, and I'm not a fan of NTR. That being said, for whatever reason I wasn't particularly disturbed by this manga. It just didn't elicit that kind of deep-seated unsettling feeling. So I guess it has that going for it. 4.5/10
If you like NTR and ugly bastards than you'd probably enjoy this manga. If you don't, than you might want to skip this one for the time being.
