This manga relies on its characters than most stories rely on their plot and that's likely because every character here is special.

Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha. is really enjoyable manga. It beautifully connects romance, comedy and character-driven story with bittersweet and meaningful tones.
Despite simple story Inari Konkon doesn't get repetitive or boring. The pacing is great and new characters get introduced slowly enough for readers to have time to get used to them. Author gave a lot of attention to all characters, which allows us to not only see, but also understand their point of view. Thanks to that, this manga really succeeds at avoiding "black and white" split. Everyone has their own feelings and goals. As one might expect, it often leads to more meaningful or ...

Good manga, entertaining and that can give you a pleasant read. A solid 8.
BUT, if the protagonists had been Uka and Touka, this manga is a definite 10. Don't worry, when you read the manga you will understand it perfectly. The drawing is great, it leads to fantastic panels and the character designs are incredible (especially those of Uka and Touka). The characters are quite good, there is no character that you can dislike or disgust. While most of them aren't a big deal, characters like Uka and Touka are definitely the exception.
