Heroine with 2 childhood friends (good looking on top). Both male characters are similar in a way, though in Dear! there wasn't really any conflict between the 2 male characters, and also another female character is involved.

Similar plot line about complicated relationships between childhood friends.

Both mangas have a very complicated love triangle/rectangle relationship between childhood friends. Also, the drama "really" starts when a new girl appears and really messes with everyone's feelings. On a small side-note, Suki desu Suzuki-kun is longer (several volumes) and really goes in-depth about the relationships and their lives. I guess it can be described as more mature....as in dealing with more mature topics (separation, in-secureness, memory loss, growing up, etc.) rather than Dear!'s love between friends.

Both involves love between childhood friends but the plot is quite different so far. Expect love polygons and twist in the storyline. The settings are quite similar for both mangas as well ie. nearby beaches/sea. Beautiful artwork for both. :)

I've only read 3 chapters of "Dear!" but so far it reminded me of Koishitagari no Blue. Both involve love polygon, unrequited love etc. Personally, I think Dear! has better storyline and artwork.
