Not too much similar plot-wise but it has that slightly gothic atmosphere to it, both main characters are royalty and also have rather similar personalities. Plus, within the story there is a talk of contracts and the ability to summon demons. If you do like Pandora Hearts I can assure that you willl enjoy Makai Ouji - Devils and Realist too.

in my eyes: -both of them dealing with humans and demons -both of the main character's parent death before the story begins -both of the story somehow happened to the ancestors and the descendants had to deal with it (although in UraBoku, it isn't the ancestor, it's his(her) past live) -and it seems the main character don't remember about the past live yet.

It's the same drawing artist (Yukihiro Utako). They both have a szenario in the past and therefore also nice costumes fitting the depicted time. They both contain fantasy. And they're both part of the shoujo genre. They certainly have a similiar atmosphere despite Makai Ouji's featuring many religious characters from the bible and therefore depicts biblic themes, while Shounen Oujo's seems more like a (dark) royal fairy tale.

borderline bl with identical premise: a demon/vampire appears in this boy's life and demands a certain something from him. because the two are connected by some sort of fate, the boy is now the target of other demons or vampires. while he feels repulsed with the idea of getting along with his demonic buddy, he has no choice but to accept his protection.

The story is influenced by king Solomon who control 72 demons.

borderline bl with victorian-esque fashion and a huge cast of bishies trying to survive through mysteries and insidious scheming.

both are action about devils, and hell, with people deaths, and some angels and religion. and also about heaven and hell.

Both revolve around a human becoming involved with the demon world. Both also depict turmoil within the demon world that leads to the need for a new demon king. Shared genres: comedy, drama, adventure, fantasy, supernatural, and romance (somewhat)

Demons, exorcist, and contracts are in both of these stories. both are ongoing, but D Gray man is a lot longer~

The setting, time period, and style are very similar in both series. Makai Ouji is supernatural and Hana no Kishi is not~

The mythology is similar. Both speak about demons who were made pillars / commanded by Solomon, and there is also mention of Solomon's ring.

Has similar demonic themes, even uses the same names for some of the demons (although they have different roles), however if you liked the concept of the demons in Blue Exorcist then you'll definitely want to give this a go too.
