Hisoka has been dumped by her boyfriend, Daichi, after one week of dating. In an act of retaliation, Hisoka turns to using a grimoire to cast black magic on him, only to end up summoning a vampire due to her inaccurate spellcasting. The vampire introduces himself as Rainford and presents her with a dark offer: Hisoka’s wish will be granted in exchange for her blood.

With her heart still bitter, Hisoka considers that she may be able to exact revenge with Rainford's help. However, she soon discovers there is a catch to the contract that complicates the situation. With only one week to make a decision, she begins to ponder whether the value of the wish lies in the request itself or in the cost of its fulfillment.

The boy inquires about how to pursue someone he likes, inadvertently intensifying Natsume's feelings for him but also leading her to believe he may have eyes on someone else. When she overhears her classmates discussing a legend about confessing during the cultural festival, Natsume realizes that she may have an advantage over her potential love rival—but only if she acts fast on her feelings.
