SO yeah, a preliminary review of it.
Not the first kill the corrupted heroes type and with it being a monthly release it will be a while before arcs really show if it is good or not, but it is fine at the moment?

It made me think of the books I used to write of psychopaths that I never published.
With this kind of manga, the only concern I have is if it will be dropped, as it is currently( from what i see) not that popular. We shall see. I never got past chapter 13 in my published writings( may seem unrelated, but it ... is). These kinds of works get boring to write after a while, and as they don't get that much support due to the gore...

Ah, I suppose I should actually write about the current content. The art is fine, 8.5? Better than most isekais, but that is expected considering the rare release.

The characters are also about normal for this genre, with the MC gimmick being more....

Anyway, I suppose I reccommend this? I would just not suggest to have big expectations, better to be impressed than not.

[spoiler]The whole being abilityless, but with the book about the reincarnators...
honestly, I don't get how the goddess can't make an ability that also gives her a clause to kill the receiver if she wants, That would have been more practical then sending someone powerless.[spoiler]

The series has you at the edge of your seat awaiting the next gambit the protagonist will take. Very often at the edge of death and internally bound by a promise of persistent redemption fighting against their own internal demons, stray thoughts and feelings. Judging others as they do for themselves.

A great read... is what I'd live to say.
I would love to rate it 10/10 although the show has excessive fan service which is quite unfortunate as it sullies an otherwise fantastic piece of art. I can recommend this for someone who's at least 16+ and can overlook the sometimes indecent depictions.

could have been good, but all is wasted in the face of incompetency.

worldbuilding even though not the main point, but for an isekai, the least you could do is have some introduction.

the narrative feels pretty dry, you have a brief backstory of how the MC became a serial killer, then straight to the main point, almost no delay, no establishment of the fundamentals of an isekai.

better yet, a serial killer, a man turned into a girl without any explanation whatsoever, like it is telling you that "haha blatant fanservice, im gonna make everyone a cute girl xdddd" mega skibidi brainrot.

the powerscaling ... is just bad, terrible lack of explanations that makes you wonder everything and indirectly leads to the reading experience worse. they keep retconning, like, 2 chapters per retcon. its just terrible. i dont think this is due to the translation quality. the writing obviously hides the protagonists' battle power for some no good reason, makes it really ambiguous and unenjoyable.

characters are insanely one-dimensional, shallow and archetypical, they do not act like real people. i know the main cast are full of terrible people but there is no logic, no consistency behind their actions whatsoever. just purely a bunch of douchebags thrown at your face, and that is sour as hell, not enjoyable at all, at least for me. their moral values are terribly skewed

plot is full of conveniences to progress the story further without any depth and intricacies to add up to it. its just like this: go kill - kill completed - 1 to 2 chapters of downtime - time to kill again. the pacing is just subpar. they made the 12 reincarnators the main point, the bosses of the game, yet the time it takes to kill 1 of them barely amounted to 5 chapters. i really dont like and dont think how the story is progressing is decent at all. its bad.

for a manga that makes the plot its main focus, it sure is terrible. there is nothing good left for me to enjoy. adios.
