How could they not be similar?! Both are stories about a boy who is turned into a girl by some fantasy element: in "Boku Girl", it's from a bored God. In "Sekainohate de Aimashou", it's from a Alien Prince. Both involve a lot of panty shots and ecchi scenes with the now girls learning how to dress, act, bath and be women. Most of the panels are questionable actions of either falling on top of people, accidental gropings, gusts of wind flashing underwear, clothing being ripped, bathhouse scenes, etc, all fuel for the nose-bleeds. While "Sekainohate de Aimashou" has more of a story, as such, "Boku Girl" is a little bit more straight forward and has less drama and action. Also in "Sekainohate de Aimashou", everyone knows he's was changed to a girl. Where in "Boku Girl", they are trying to keep it a secret. Both have very similar art: clean lines, shading and panels, fresh and modern designs, cute plump-looking girls with big eyes and slender features. Although, the men in "Boku Girl" are more masculine compared to the men in "Sekainohate de Aimashou". These are so similar that if you like one, you will definitely like the other. Both are gender benders where a male character becomes a female character, and both are quite ecchi. Sekai no Hate is a better Gender Bender in my opinion since it has an explanation for the sudden gender change, but Nozomu Nozomi is fun nonetheless and more compact.

I guess the whole school life and aliens thing struck me as simuliar~ Other then that and the art these two mangas are pretty different yet they kinda have the same feel to them~~ "Sekainohate de Aimashou" has more comedy though :P 

Both are gender bender manga, with a primary focus on comedy. Both are guy turn into girl, but in Ichinensei ni Nacchattara the guy turns into an elementary school girl, and features slice-of-life. Sekainohate de Aimashou is more outside normal life.
