Being gay doesn't excuse sexual harassment. Which is what happens in the second chapter of this manga. The main character, who is a high school student, gropes his teacher while confronting him for being a homophobe. The teacher clearly tells him to stop, and yet he doesn't. Even asking if it makes him uncomfortable because he's gay. No, the teacher isn't being homophobic for not wanting his gay student to grope him.
