Do me a favor and read this. For those who have not read past the first chapter, Dungeon Odyssey is a pretty unique story, in which Jinwoo takes control of his own dungeon / labyrinth which he must strengthen and fight other dungeons / labyrinths and cooperate with others. This covers most of the story. Dungeon Odyssey is an incredibly complex story compared to what I have read over the past 2 years. The art style is incredibly good, and is the main reason why this story is so good. The art style complements the story's serious, but also lighthearted tone, and pairs excellently with ... the fight scenes. Dungeon Odyssey is a fairly quick read, which you could binge in a day or two, but is none the less enjoyable.

Dungeon Odyssey is one of the best manga releasing. The art is gorgeous and suits the tone switching from cute chibi for the less intense comedic moments and for when things get serious and there's great action the artist kick it up to 10 and go all out to get you fully into those fights and pivotal moments throughout.
(I personally have gone back multiple times to chapters I've already read just to go look at the art because when I read through I don't take the time to properly admire the work as it flows so well I just keep scrolling)

Though I understand that ... this genre isn't for everyone if you like darker fantasy , and (not exactly a genre) "town development" type stories where there is a strong main character that raises up an area and develops with a focus on the side characters around them well trying to amass power outside of their own immediate physical ability's this will probably be a 8-9 for you.

The early chapters (1-9ish) start a bit slow but do a great job setting up the world and things that will come up later. The world doesn't feel it revolves around MC and where it does they give a reason for it that doesn't feel like bull crap. The supporting character i.e. enemies and third parties are honestly even more interesting to me at times then MC and his band of followers.

note:Almost all of this is very positive so clearly I really love this manga I actually only wrote this review because when i went and looked at the ones here along with its current rating of 7.38 I was upset because I believed it deserved more than that at least relative to the other things I've seen get 7's on here. It isn't perfect i can acknowledge that but, this manga is leaps and bounds better that 90% of the manga I've seen in terms quality and I just wanted to see that reflected in its rating. Not bad. Pretty solid tbh. It has an interesting idea about how the character develops that is similar to Solo Leveling, which is a style I really like. It has a cool main character, but the side characters are forgettable. The leveling system for the character and for the labyrinth is the highlight of the series as it is really cool to see his kingdom progress. It has good art as well and pretty solid pacing.

Overall, not horrible but it isnt a masterpiece or anything. It does have good potential though and I would give it a shot if you want an easy read.
