MC is frozen, returns as a beginner but keeps his OP powers, has to redo some progression so he has a lot of knowledge to show off in some areas already, more levels have been unlocked in the time he was frozen though so there's still a lot he doesn't know and has to learn about.
OP has a spirit companion but it's mostly a solo story with some good side character interactions in and leading up to fight scenes.
Main plotline seems to be a conspiracy so far, so the story involves the MC having to be creative with his methods, not just brute forcing problems

Pretty much cliche story like any other dungeon/tower-based stories. MC is an OP protagonist. Goes to a uncleared dungeon, clears it, goes to the next one, clears that one too. If this is your first time reading this type of manhua, perhaps you can read. However, if you have already read some dungeon/tower based manhua you may get irritated.It gives the vibe that MC can do anything as he is the MC. The story is very much predictable, as it is similar to many other manhuas out there. I have read this till 26th chapter and it has hard for me to keep me going
