This is the textbook definition of somewhat satisfactory power fantasy manhwa that loses its steam later on.

Story: 5/10
The premise isn't unique but in the start, it was somewhat enjoyable and bearable. However, later after one or two antagonists, the manhwa starts following a very basic formula which ends up making the story stale and boring.

Art: 5/10
Truly mid. Nothing special to comment about it. The character designs are very boring and some characters look similar in appearance.

Characters aren't that well fleshed out in a story that has around 114 chapters at the time of writing this review. So they aren't getting fleshed out any ... time later either. The MC has a shitty personality that makes him extremely unlikable. I've read manhwa with shitty MCs but they were very well written. This isn't.

Enjoyment: 3/10
I liked the story at the start, but twenty or thirty chapters through, I became extremely bored and read to the latest just in hopes that it would get better. Unfortunately, it hasn't. Maybe it will have an unexpected hook in the future if we're thinking very optimistically.

A typical power fantasy story where the MC is op and the plot is pretty generic. I mean, it's not a terrible read and the story actually started off decently, but the chapters failed to keep me engaged or invested in the characters. I enjoyed the comedy aspects of this series, but that's where my enjoyment stopped.

The art is good, but nothing monumental. The characters are mediocre and forgettable and follow common anime tropes.

As for my enjoyment, I liked the series at first, but I found myself struggling to continue reading as I got into the later chapters.

In conclusion, is Manhwa a ... waste of time? Maybe
I'd give it a couple chapters if the premise sounds at all interesting to you. It may not be my cup of tea, but there's potential for some people to at least mildly enjoy this manhwa

"The Advanced Player of the Tutorial Tower" is like watching a guy stuck in a video game’s tutorial for 12 years, only to break free and immediately put the plot back on autopilot. Our protagonist, stronger than any final boss but with the personality of a brick, leaves the tutorial only to mow through enemies like he’s playing on easy mode. The story tries to build tension, but with no real stakes and characters as deep as a loading screen, it’s hard to care. The humor lands occasionally, but the pacing is as uneven as a lagging game, and the story quickly becomes repetitive. It's ... like clearing the same level over and over—tedious and unsatisfying.

Textbook generic Manhwa with an overpowered MC who acts disparagingly to everyone he meets like a child. The start is pretty fun, however large swathes of the fights are completely unreadable due to terrible artwork - this eventually gets better after the original artist gets fired. The middle of the series becomes a fightfest, which could be cool if the fighting wasn't so boring. The later half of the series where the artist starts to learn from their mistakes is pretty enjoyable and the main story reaches some very satisfying conclusions.

The dialogue is frequently atrocious - the writer seems to love make the characters call ... special items or moves "that" so frequently that its annoying. The MC is obnoxious and completely uninteresting, nearing the end of the story he had his single scene of decent characterisation where he reflects on the stress of becoming the "guardian". Self-aware side-characters make up for the lacking MC and mediocre dialogue. His Yandere love triangle is also pretty cute.

World-building is rather decent, the story behind the tower and their floors, the whole idea of "achievements", and the multiple dimensions all make for an interesting read - however all are rather under-utilized, having fantasy characters along the lines of the Fate series would have been very welcome in this story.

Extremely average series, lots of the presented ideas could have resulted in a much better series with more thoughtful artists at the helm.
Only read if you're in love with this kind of generic manhwa OP MC series.
