I decided to write a review since no one has written any yet (excuse me if I commit grammar mistakes, since english is not my native language).
I only saw the 1st season of the anime, but this manga's story takes another point of view in the Uma Musume universe, with new characters, so probably we won't be seeing Special Week or Silence Suzuka anytime soon.

As an Uma Musume lover and a Camel Racing enjoyer, this manga really hits hard.
The level of relatability is insane, since I personally love running, and camel racing. Uma Musume Cinderella gray is one of a kind manga, as it isn't like the anime, with its happy-go-lucky vibes and stuff. The manga brings out the rage and fierce emotions of the characters, and shows us how much the characters want to win. Every chapter of this manga was thrilling, and exciting, and I just can't do anything but hope for more chapters, and more content. And what I like about it is that it doesn't have ...

First of all, watching the original show is unnecessary to read this manga, but watching the show does help to give more context to the worldbuilding of the story.
Cinderella Gray focuses on Oguri Cap, a countryside horse girl who will go on to create a legend among her generation. Set before Pretty Derby, there are new characters that are really charming, along with several well-known recurring characters, such as Symboli Rudolf. I just started reading Uma musume cinderella gray, and I have to say I'm already addicted to this series. I like how they took away the cuteness from the original uma musume series and made it more serious, but also managed to implement the typical Uma musume humor. I was never into horse racing, but playing the Uma musume game and watching the anime series really got me into it. I personally think the entire Uma musume series is extremely underrated in terms of foreign viewers. Hopefully this contrasting depiction of the Uma musume series is able to expand the viewership around the world.
