Manga: Roxana
Cunning woman defies the odds; Medea and Roxana are similar characters. Both stories are violent, psychological, fantasy romance, though the romance takes a back seat. The art is glamorous as well! I think fans of one would enjoy the other.

Manga: Villains Are Destined to Die
Independent villainess protagonists that already lost everything and will choose to do anything in order to survive. Both already suffered as consequence of their ingenuinity and known now that if you want to survive you have to be as firm as needed in order to survive.

Manga: Futsutsuka na Akujo dewa Gozaimasu ga: Suuguu Chouso Torikae Den
The similarities are pretty surface level, but they're both stories where the beloved heroine and the scorned villainess switch bodies in a twist of fate. Their tones are pretty different, with Your Throne being full of scheming and politics while Inept Villainess is more light-hearted (though still engaging).

Manga: Superior
With the villain as the protagonist, we get to see and understand their own view, as we follow them in their struggle to deal with a world where there is the good guys and the bad ones. Superior appeared, way earlier than the popular "villaines protagonist" genre, which is why it can give you an refreshing aproach about these genre.

Manga: Unholy Blood
While at first glance, they don't seem particularly similar, they actually share quite a bit in common. They have beautiful and detailed art, powerful and intelligent female leads, and thrilling moments. Both protagonists have a larger goal, and they need to do plenty of scheming and investigating in order to achieve it. They encounter many foes and need to fight for survival.

Manga: Akatsuki no Yona
Great female protagonists that go through impressive character development, and have goals of changing the kingdom for the better. Your Throne doesn't have some of the lighter and more fun moments that Yona of the Dawn has, but they both deal with heavy politics, and have tons of attractive characters.

Manga: A Stepmother's Märchen
Webtoons presenting an heroine, who gets involved in power struggle in order to survive in the aristocracy society. TContrary to the histories with these plotline, both of these webtoon aproach this plot in a more mature and a little bit darker way, presenting deeper schemes, corruptions and secrets. If you liked one of these manga, because of it's more serious and mature aproach to the villainess protagonist survival, you should definetly give it a try!

Manga: Pyramid Game
In both these series, the Female Protagonist uses her cleverness to repeatedly outsmart a much more socially powerful mastermind, who is threatening her livelihood. And she does it while maintaining her calm, cold-blooded demeanor! If you enjoyed that aspect in either series, you might get the same delight out of the other one!
