If you are looking for the 'villianess of an otome game' genre there are plenty more out there that do it in a better, more interesting way. This could have been an interesting story if it was executed properly, but I think even before the clear ax-ing that it got it was struggling to maintain a solid direction and plot.
The fact that the MC has died 108 times specifically seems to be inconsequential pretty quickly. She never mentions individual lives or deaths other than as passing mentions nor does she have any specific lessons learned that help her overcome a future trial. The 108

lives feel more like a statistic on an excel spreadsheet where she can say: oh this character killed me x number of times in the past as a way of introduction.
For 95% of the plot the MC is a literal newborn which was a questionable choice because allowed for some humor but stretches' credibility as other characters start having to interact and build relationships with an infant who can't talk. This is exacerbated by the fact that there isn't a timeskip until basically the last chapter.
As for the other characters, of the 4 'capture' targets (I use this term only as a framing device, because they remain children throughout everything we see) we really only spend time with two. One of the two main kids only shows up in the last few chapters as a plot device to save the day while the other's main purpose throughout the series is as a bodyguard and baby translator. As for the other three, one seems to be relegated to being the villian's sidekick - never fully explored, one literally falls out of the sky onto the MC in the LAST chapter, and the other is never introduced.
As for the other characters, their personalities seem to change at the drop of a hat as the author needs it for the story. And the 'villian' .... 'sigh'. It's hard to say what the goal is with her because after reading it I still don't seem to know what her goal is. She is also living all of these lives (we never figure out why either character is going through this experience) but she seems to abruptly switch between psycho murder teen (she also was an infant but was immediately aged up. Makes you wonder why MC wasn't the same?) and helpful spiritual support guide. It's the 'I'm grooming you to live a kind of happy life so it would be more fun to kill you later' kinda vibe. Never heard of it? Yeah me neither.
All in all, this series is an example of a poorly executed story idea with lackluster characters and an extremally rushed conclusion. Oh, did I say conclusion? Yeah, there is none. It's as if the editors told the author the week before the last chapter "yeah your series is canceled. I don't really care if you wrap anything up or not or if it makes sense, just finish it in one chapter."
I feel bad for the author here, it is never easy to be axed. But it was the right decision.
