Well..both involve supernatural stuff and demons..but still they are really different stories. What they have in common is the "feeling", both stories make you wonder the meaning of reality and dreams (or fantasy);what are the boundaries of what is real and what is not? This is where you find the real similarity, they make you think a lot and sometimes they give you a hard time to understand what's going on. So if you want something to "think about" this one is a very good option too.

Both have exorcists in it. Good looking characters. They give a similar feel. Both are about demons and humans and how they should be living peacefully (but they are not)

Have similar settings, taking place in both the modern world, and a sort of historical and supernatural world, with gods and spirits. Lots of philosophizing on the roles of gods. Lots of wacky characters. Same mangaka, so art style is the same. Targeted to the same audience (shoujo/josei readers). Overall, feel fery similar.

Slightly off-beat historical fantasies. Nice-looking guys who can fight like nobody's business.

A teenage boy gets sucked into the past. Fate does exist, and he has a important role he has to fulfil. Amatsuki is a manga placed in the Edo era. The manhwa Threads of Time is placed in the era of the Mongol invasions in Korea.

Amatsuki is a manga that strikes me to be the very same ,or at least alike, to Pandora Hearts; both of the characters think optimistically, can act very creepy and cool at the same time when very freightened, and are both considered a "key" of somesort to help reach their goals/others goals.

Both are supernatural titles, with actual "kick-ass" girls. They focus in the japanese mitology "section", with lots of references to magic creatures, evil spirits, kitsune...

Protagonist falls into another world that resembles a past feudal Japan Era. Both have beautiful art.

Amatsuki contains the same ideal saddness as Natsume Yuujinchou, with having a darker tale underneath it, just like my other recommendation with Kuroshitsuji.

Historical (well, partially) shojo manga with similarly beautiful art styles and set just a few hundred years apart. Share themes such as magic, samurai, and Japanese mythology, as well as a sense that circumstances and people are not all they seem. Both contain a mixed combination of dialogue, action, and humour.
