Both have over power MC that are getting a harem, one is seeking to have a harem and they other is unknowingly building a harem along their journey both manga are fantasy and comedy genre if you like both together then these are worth the read. 

Both involve a confident but nice mc building his harem. Both have very funny comedy with a variety of girls. Both have great art and really cute expressions. Main difference is where 100 Kanojo is a high-school setting, Orc-san is a fantasy isekai setting. Also, in the later the author cleverly blends in a variety of classic other tropes like cooking, medicine, politics etc without it becoming boring. 

Basically a harem seeking male lead that manages to form deep romantic relationships with many girls.  

Both protagonists are earnestly searching to build their own harem. They both go on adventures, form many relationships, and strengthen themselves. Both are set in a magic-fantasy world.
