Same mangaka, some similar characters, and both seem to focus on events happening within the mansions. 

Domina no Do! and Strange mansion featrue some deviants, and comedy too. Domina no Do! is more school and life genre while Strange Mansion focuses on within the mansion (apartment block). 

In both there's a freshman that follows a senior of him/her just to find that his valuable senpai(male) has become a girl... despite the fact that in Strange Mansion the senpai has a real sex change, while in Kaichuu! it seems he is just crossdressing.
