It is completed. Only 8 chapters. Available for free on the manga park app (the parent story is there too).
I have not read the parent story yet at this point. This alone is not great. Maybe it is better to read this after the parent story even though this is actually a prequel.

This is the origin story of that teacher from his college day. The hot college student dorm house keeper made him and other college kids watch the original hypnotizing video tape that made them kill themselves if they did one of the ten things (unknown to them). And the way out was supposedly ... killing someone (?).

None of the characters is interesting/likeable. None of them redeemed themselves (only became bad).

Edit: just read the parent story. I like it, but the prequel is still not good.
