When the Mc is kicked out from the group for being uncompetitive but in fact is the most hard worker. The different in both is one is kicked out from the demon king’s party and the other is kicked from the hero’s party but are very similar none the less and I recommend both if you like how the MC lives in he’s new way of life.

Although the MC of Hen na Ryuu had a very friendly relationship with his hero party contrary to how the MC of Kaiko sareta Ankoku Heishi, the plots for both of these stories are similar. They both retire from their old job and look down on themselves for not being anything special when in reality they are extremely overpowered. Both stories revolve around settling down in a place far away from everything else and growing out their village.

Both have the same situation where Demons with high position suddenly found themselves getting booted out from their own kind and later on formed a relationship with a underage human and later finding out the being casted away was the best thing that has happened to them.

In both stories, the MC was called the "weakest"/"incompetent"/"no ability of magic" and was chased out of his position in the Demon Lord's Army by the Four Heavenly Monarchs. He hided out in the human's territory until things die down a bit and became more famous with his superior strength compared to everyone in human's society.

The main characters for both these manga are expelled or betrayed, and go to chill in a rural area where they live their lives peacefully. They don't consider revenge if that's the story you are looking for.
reportRecommended by Dignity
They follow the same general plot, where the main character is fired/removed from from their position because they play a more supportive role. Afterwards, people realize they cannot function without the main character.

Both MC are kicked out from a party and join in the opposite side Nankoufuraku no Maoujou e Youkoso... - was kicked from the hero’s party and join in the Demon’s Kaiko sareta Ankoku Heishi... - was kicked from the Demon’s Army and join in the human village

Although not completely similar, both stories start off with the premise that an underperforming member is kicked out from their old position. In Kaiko Sareta Ankoku Heishi, he pursues a slow life afterwards, however in "Sono Monban, Saikyou ni Tsuki...", the MC pursues a different career where he shines more.

medieval fantasy setting, guy leaves the life he knew for reasons, finds himself in a rural village, meets busty village girl, enjoys the slow life. these two manga are practically carbon copies of one another with minor differences
