Mixed Feelings

After reading the other reviews for this manga I had high hopes. Unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations or even come close to them. This was not good and the reason is that it is too short. It has a very interesting premise, but not nearly enough time to flesh it out. You don't learn new information organically at a moderate pace, you get infodumps. Except the infodumps don't even make sense because you haven't seen the information applied to a scenario to fully grasp it.
