Story: 9/10
The only reason this didn't get a 10 is because it was too short! I really did enjoy the story, it was free flowing, and enjoyable. I like the concept of "Publisher" and "Bookstore sales men", I thought it was a sweet concept. It also wasn't too slow moving nor too fast, it had a perfect pace set about it. It is also beautifully written, the way they decide to say things is refreshing and I really feel like there is a lot of emotion in the way things are said. It's a really good story and a beautiful lay out as well! It ... was funny, serious, and sweet it just had a rather nice balance to it, not perfect, because it was more funny than anything but I feel it wouldn't have been worth reading if it had been balanced out perfectly. It was a great imbalance of all aspects.

I'm a whore aren't I? I really wasn't keen on the art style, but after reading a chapter or two I fell in love with it. The subtlety of the expressions, that conveys so much yet hides everything, the perceptions were excellent too. I really enjoyed how consistent the backgrounds were, and how even how the characters looked different form each other. It really was an art style I had to get use too but very much a beautiful style none-the-less.

I gotta admit that the characters were interesting, at first I wasn't so keen on Satou, but after reading it you start to sorta understand him. You realize he's really a good guy just unable to show his feelings properly. Takaheshi is really funny, I laughed a lot at him, you can't help but just find some of the things he says or does hilarious. I laughed so hard I cried, he really added a rather fun element to the whole manga. Satou had his funny moments too, I'm not gonna say he was totally devoid, he just does things in such an amusing way sometimes you can't help but just laugh. If either of them were absent from the story it just wouldn't be worth reading, their just essential. They really had good personalities!

Perfect score, because reading this, despite how short it was, really was a wonderful experience for me. I laughed, I cried, and I had an overall good experience with it, no random side stories to confuse you and leave you wondering what is going on. It was straight forward and easy reading, the characters were likable, the plot was kept simple, and it leaves you feeling good.

My overalls are based on average, my only peeve with this manga was it was too short and it felt open-ended but I think that just adds to the loveliness of the manga. It leaves your mind to wonder what happens in the hear after, it also isn't entirely sexual, you don't have one guy who just does what he want with someones body. He shows some respect to the guy he loves which is refreshing (considering most yaoi mangas have rather pushy characters anyways). It maybe wasn't entirely unique but it had some different aspects which are rarely seen and it was just a really nice manga. Give it a read sometime!
