I would call this one an average fair one shot, nothing special, just adorable and with some tropes (that I usually like).
The story revolves around two friends, ex-street delinquents, now reconnecting after three years. Taiga has been in a coma, after being beaten up, and now he wants to find Ryuusei again.
The drama is all about Ryuusei clearly not wanting to be dragged back into the violent life of before, mostly because seeing Taiga hurt really shocked him, and Taiga being absolutely oblivious and wanting to hang around Ryuusei every second.
The manga is full of fluff, with Taiga actively pursuing Ryuusei and not understanding
