Both have protagonists trying to run away from their past. Gives off similar ‘yearning’ and are equally comical and heartfelt at the right times. 

Futari no Lion is a shounen-ai set in college while Backstage de Aimashou has some explicit scenes and is about co-actors. The seme have similar personalities, they're both like puppies. The uke have gap moe; the uke in Futari no Lion is a tsundere while the uke in Backstage de Aimashou is more of a kuudere. They have different plots but both are pleasant to read. 

Strong but lonely protagonists enter a whole new world through friendship - facing society, prejudice and their own feelings. Nice clean drawings and wholesome characters included. 

Both have similar vibe. Kinda similar story line like Uke is runing away and Seme is chasing him.  

Main character finds out about the secret of the brooding guy. Both have awkward and gradual transition from strangers to friends. Then of course, lovers
