In my almost 3 decades of reading manga and watching anime, I have just written a review here, once. After finding out that this has no enough rating and review, I was like "What??!! Why?!!" I got frustrated so I logged in and made my second manga review.
To all the people out there who's contemplating wether to read this or not, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND READ!!! This is the type of story that will make you want to end your day fast from work or school so you could just open your mobile and continue reading. THIS IS A MASTERPIECE!!!

This story is hard to describe, at first it feels a little like a western then Game of Thrones, but by chapter 109 it came into something of it's own, I can see it forming into something that could be better.
Something peculiar is it's use of metaphorical art which lead me to believe there is fantasy in this. But it is purely a historical fiction with Kings being likened to dragons and wolves, cannibals to monsters. It's hard to recommend as it doesn't focus on one character but multiple characters. *I have been procrastinating from writing a review for Biao Ren for way too long. Today, I finally get to do it.
As the previous reviewer mentioned, so far Biao Ren feels more like a prologue. Even while reading the manhua, I don't know what the story is really about, which direction it is going for.
