A similar atmosphere. Both share a pure gothic atmosphere. Death is their common theme: in the case of Sister Blood, it's because one of the characters is a dangerous vampire, and in Epitaph it's because the two protagonists work for a funeral.     The main characters are also similar: in both cases, there's a duet. Both are portraying orphans. In each duet, one of them has a more or less close connection with the supernatural. There is also a lot of romantic innuendo between the two characters.

Two stories immersed in the purest Gothic atmosphere. The overall mood is indeed relatively dark, and addresses themes like death or in the case of Diabolic Garden, demons. However, they still have their funny moments. The dress style of the characters is also similar. Both authors propose girls in gothic lolita. If you like this style of characters, you'll be happy with both Epitaph and Diabolic Garden, as both manga feature a lot of them.

If you couldn't get enough of the atmosphere that Epitaph had, I'm sure you'll enjoy Fragtime. Both manga's are about a yuri couple who do strange and supernatrual things together, in Epitaph Astarte and Touwa are "Undertakers" and they deliver the last wishes of the dead to their families, whereas in Fragtime Moritani and Murakami both stop time together for 3 minutes a day and spend it together. Both of these manga have a strong romance aspect and a similar vibe to one another, I can guarantee if you liked one you'll enjoy the other too :)

Both are about delivering the last wills of the deceased. Also, Fumika and Asche have insanely similar characteristics: Mysterious past Serious personality and job-oriented Have a cute side Armed with a gun While Shigofumi directly shows the supernatural, Epitaph has a supernatural feel to it.
