I'm gonna say this from the start: the overall score comes from the emotions I felt reading this manga.
The story wasn't anything special. A fluffy little cat that can take a human form on the brink of death, saved by a human that becomes its 'Master'. If you have read enough yaoi mangas before, you definitely know how this is gonna go (mostly). What I wanna say is that, in spite of how painfully generic it is, the creator did an alright job with making the reader feel the characters' emotions. Or maybe I just related with Kedama a little bit too much. So, the
...
story gets a 6/10.
Th art was okay, nothing special but not bad either, so it gets a 7/10. I feel like the artist could have paid a little more attention to details on some parts tho, it reminded me a lot of sketches and not a finished product.
For characters, it's a 7/10. They're pretty damn generic honestly, but like I said, I relate a lot with Kedama so it gets points for that. Also for the high-schooler neighbour, that was an interesting character.
Enjoyment: 9/10. It's quite short, it has sad chapters, it has feelings, it's good.
Overall, it's an 8. I recommend it if you like yaoi, short stories that get a little sad at some point, the concept of animals turning into humans.
