This manga is a personal reflection on the political state of the world from the author's point of view and reads as such. It is graphic, unapologetic, grotesque, and overall, a hidden masterpiece of our time.

Story:
The overall plot is sloppy. But for a personal, political outrage piece such as this, that raw stream of conscience approach is necessary and appropriate. The arc of the narrative transitions in a way that represents the author's frustration with the past as well as, concern for the future. It becomes sloppy and cartoonish towards the latter half because the author doesn't offer a concrete solution nor do i believe ... they intended to. As ridiculous as it becomes, it is a very sober and realistic approach to the state of the world throughout the entirety of its volumes. 10/10

Art:
The art is as good as any other popular manga, not intrinsically unique. That said, where art distinguishes itself, is in its fluctuation from accurate depictions of political figures, to caricatures almost seamlessly. When depicted, the gore is illustrated well enough to command a visceral reaction while supporting the hyperbole of the circumstance. 9/10

Character:
Whether they are metaphors or literal political persons, this artist feeds them a big bowl of shit. Women or characters remade as women are given the worst of this in the form of objectification, depicted sexual servitude, and sexual violence. Non-Japanese characters are basic, barely tolerable, racist or ignorant, caricatures. The reason this receives the lowest score is because it is a low hanging fruit/easy option that does not seem to meaningfully support the author's political stance. 5/10

Enjoyment:
I enjoyed this very much if only for the refreshing Japanese view of our global political environment. This author could've written an SAO or Goblin Slayer and made large amounts of profit but instead chose to voice their political opinions through art. A precious freedom that all of us should also indulge with the knowledge that the nature of politics is to stagnate until the people for which it is (in theory) designed, need and demand its change. 9/10

Okay I'm not sure about this, but if you go on the artist's twitter page, I think he proudly exclaims he is part of the 'terrorist organization ANTIFA'

This manga is explicitly political, featuring a Native-American MC(though he's stuck in a loli girl's body, obviously) aiming to kill 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump. Okay. Ignore that. The manga barely touches on him. This manga is a thinly veiled rant against Japan's authoritarian regime of Abe(in Rui's eyes), the cowardice and malice of the Japanese government, and the lengths the elite will go through to create a veil of ... 'things being OK'. Rui's drunken rage lasts for 9 chapters, each becoming denser than the last(no doubt because it probably got shat on once it got attention), and while the plot is a fucking trainwreck because of that, with randos popping in and out like Whack-A-Moles, it's still aggressively engaging...... sometimes

I consider Takatou Rui to be a Mark Kozelek type character. Boisterous, loud, and with an easily noticed style, Rui's work is gripping and fun.... sometimes. This manga shows this as well. Like 'I Also Want To Die In New Orleans', it feels that Rui didn't take the creation process as seriously in the center part. The manga thus suffers from being less of a political satire and more of a rant(though I don't deny the effort put into trying to create coherency). However, it's satire is quite.... meatless? Most likely due to time constraints, many things had to be simplified. I would have loved to see the conclusion of the American Assassins, and the sequel bait at the end left me wanting more of Rui's rants(Now in America!)

The story covers themes a SJW type(hey that's me!) wouldn't find much problem with. American imperialism , political cronies and the urban hellscape are things Rui alludes to. Key side characters are often strawmen of the problems he feels that Japanese society has. For example, a female politician character is shown to be involved in some deep conspiracies, and all she has to say is a 'uguu I didn't do anything'. The same character also is forced to strip naked by an American assassin. Rui wield's satire like a jackhammer.

Rui's tendency for childish perversion similarly exists, women are often stripped naked(and with visceral detail, I respect how meaty Rui likes his women) , people die in gory ways, and crude sex is splattered like paint on a Pollock. It's crudeness rarely proves a point, yet it works here. A primal manga deserves a primal execution, no?

The manga doesn't give a fuck. It yells about how Abe is a cunt and a cuck, while telling you about how tits feel. It's promptly dragged off by the authorities, but after this experience, you'll find yourself mildly entertained, and perhaps changed by his antics. Rui doesn't provide a solution to the problems he feels Japan has, but he sure as hell made them entertaining to learn about.

I think I have read bad stories and this one.
this is pretty much a summary of the story (by LogicalPoint on KM):

"Racist Savage uses magic to posses little Japanese girls and strip them. He is obsessed with committing mass genocide against all "white men". The government is literally pissing themselves with fear as their primary response to the situation."

at least the mangaka knows it's shit (he makes an afterword at the end of the series) and his try to be political was the worst if he wants to try to rebel in any form at least do it right ... there's editors that do worst ... when they axe good series (Mx0 hahahaha) but there's also bad ones that allows this things to be made. The art was okay but daaaamn this was a shit show.
I think this is the first time that I can say I read a 1 or 2/10 manga.
