The story follows Yuki Shirakaba, a catulus that has allways been lonely because of being different than everyone else. The manga perfetly describes the feelings of catulus, that even if they wanted to socialize they are looked down upon by the modern society.

I love it. I love it so much. Why the genre doesn't include "Yuri" is beyond me.
This review contains information that is revealed throughout the manga (spoilers), however most things here should be minor details or be something that happens near the beginning. One of my favorite things about this is the inserts about cat behaviors. "Cats flick their ears when agitated" and other cool cat facts. The characters are extremely cute. Yuki is a shy girl who has Catulus Syndrome. Because of her condition, she was rejected by the parents of her would-be friends, so she can't socialize well. Catulus Syndrome only occurs ...

While the romance is slow, it is still a sweet and amazing story, with many other side romances and friendships.
I've found that a lot of girl's love manga doesn't seem real. Sometimes one character seems to be in love with the other for no apparent reason, or some things that aren't normal are treated as way too normal, but this manga feels real. I don't know how to describe it, but everyone's emotional progression is tangible and not random and jerky. The art style is AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL! I feel like it is necessary to give this manga some more love, as it might just be one of my favorite Shoujo Ai manga.
Catulus Syndrome is a fantastic, underrated Girls Love story. It's filled to the brim with cute girls and catgirls, and is sure to warm the heart of even the coldest of readers with its sweet romance and fun slice-of-life atmosphere. Yuki Shirakaba is a girl inflicted with this 'Catulus Syndrome' who tends to be very anxious and adorable, and she takes the spot as our protagonist. A very cute and chill story, published in 8 volumes that feel a lot shorter since it's so easy to read. Cute girls doing cute things, lots of cat trivia, a bit of romance, and tons of friendship!
The story is set in a world where people randomly contract a syndrome giving them cat-like features and a full cat transformation, but the technical side isn't important; most of it is left unexplained.
