Both manga has the same comedic slice of life tone and are both about weightloss / fitness. The difference is that Elf-san is more of a harem manga, while Dumbell puts more focus on the excercises (although elf-san has some of those aswell). Both simular levels of ecchi.  

Both of them have a single motif throughout the manga, with Gal Cleaning being based on tips on tidying up and Die Elf being based on losing weight. They both have similar kino feel to them with neat art and warm feelings. Just a cute over all experience.  

Harem of monster girls (who came into our world as tourists basically), both of these titles are most of the time easy-going episodic slice of life plot.
