Well, since nobody else has heard of this thing...
Ah, another entry in the small, but growing subgenre of 'gay succubus stories'. This one's a bit meh. It's basically a smutty BL oneshot, and not even a long one at that, so it's pretty poorly developed, even for smut.
Pretty much all that can be said about the characters can be said in two adjectives or less. Kuromine is 'sex starved demon', and Kei is 'playboy student'. They have sex. There is no mention of lube. There's basically no buildup. No atmosphere. No chemistry. The dialogue is clunky and the sex begins and ends abruptly. So... yeah,

not good.
The art, on the other hand, is serviceable, and kind of wasted on this. I suspect this one-shot was a mangaka's way of practicing proportions and such, hence its lackluster storytelling. If you're looking for gay demons, this might be just barely adequate for all of two seconds. If not... it's an unremarkable flash in the pan completely deserving of being called porn without plot, which is basically what yaoi means in Japanese.
There you go, I saved you five minutes you could have spent reading the manga. You're welcome, 'kay?
