Synopsis

Kou, a party-goer college student, leads a flashy campus life. Yet he's actually an unassuming guy and, secretly, a closeted gay otaku. His goal is to "get a fashionable boyfriend!!!" Unfortunately, he's never met anyone, nor has the courage to come out. Then one day, Tanaka, whom Kou meets at his favorite game store, suddenly confesses to him. This was really really sweet. It's refreshing to see the trope of a nerd pretending to be popular in a BL setting. I was a little annoyed when the main love interest was persistent in his approach, but by the end there was a lot of comedy to be had regarding just how deep his affection for the protagonist goes. Art was super cute, and not tiring to read. I also LOVE that its set after high school: consenting adults are cool! I've kept this review as vague and spoiler-free as possible so as to let the works speak for itself. Enjoy!
