As there was no review about this manga, so I decided to make one, without further ado let's start:
Summary of the story (more or less), since it's not in MAL:
Natsuki-kun wa Kyou mo Kirei is mainly about a boy (Fumiya) who confesses his love to a beautiful girl (Natsuki), but she rejects him, since he is actually a transvestite boy, and who also only likes girls. But he says that even though he is a boy, he still likes her and that he does not intend to give up, and decides to do everything possible to make "her" notice him.
The story is simple, nothing of
...
the other world, but that does not mean that this is bad, it aims to show the reader that people are free to have the hobby they want and not be ashamed of it, besides teaching us that when it comes to love gender is not so important.
The art is nothing to write about, it's decent.
What I must praise is the design of the characters, they are very nice indeed.
The main characters are well done, their development may seem slow, but this manages to see enough throughout the story.
And the other characters that appear throughout the manga are really nice (especially "a certain character" that becomes important for Natsuki's development).
To conclude, I think this manga would have been better if it had continued (but I think they ended up canceling it), since the story promised for more, however I think that despite having an open ending (not so much), it manages to give a decent closure to the story.
PS: Thank you very much if you have read to the end, and I'm sorry if you don't understand much, it's just that English is not my mother tongue and I'm really bad with it hahaha.
